I was very disappointed with my stay. The shower area had no doors, which caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor and created an unpleasant and inconvenient situation. The room also had very limited storage space and no refrigerator, which made the stay less comfortable. The biggest issue, however, was the room I was given. I specifically paid for a pool-view room, but instead I was placed in a room where the only view was of an AC unit. I booked my stay almost a year in advance, so it was extremely disappointing to arrive and find out that the room I had paid for was apparently not available. I expected the hotel to honor the reservation and provide the room type I had booked and paid for. Unfortunately, the problems continued at checkout. The checkout process was a complete mess and very frustrating. On top of that, after extending my checkout, I was told I had to go downstairs to have my room key extended. This added another unnecessary inconvenience to an already disappointing experience. Overall, I expected much more, especially considering that I booked so far in advance and paid for a specific room type. The experience did not match what I paid for, and I left feeling very disappointed with the way the situation was handled.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place.
